No. CISGuard is an independent product. CISGuard interoperates with CIS benchmark standards (which are published by the Center for Internet Security), but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by CIS. CIS Benchmarks and CIS Controls are trademarks of the Center for Internet Security, Inc.

It is worth being precise about the relationship. The Center for Internet Security is a US-based non-profit that authors and publishes the benchmark standards. CISGuard is a separate commercial product that reads and implements those published standards, much as many independent tools implement public specifications without any formal tie to the body that maintains them. Interoperating with a public standard is not the same as being affiliated with its author.
The distinction matters because a name that references a standard can be mistaken for an endorsement by the standard's owner. CISGuard makes no such claim: it is not certified by CIS, and CIS Benchmarks and CIS Controls remain trademarks of the Center for Internet Security. Keeping that boundary explicit protects customers from assuming a first-party relationship that does not exist when they evaluate the product.
